Elite Estate Management will inspect your home according to
the proposed and agreed upon inspection schedule. We will
complete the inspection report and promptly forward a copy to
you.

EMERGENCY
INSPECTIONS, SCHEDULED
Following conditions of severe weather, Elite Estate
Management will perform a detailed inspection of your residence.
We will complete the inspection report and forward a copy to
you. Severe weather is deemed conditions that pose an unusual
threat to your residence and the items stored there.
EMERGENCY INSPECTIONS, NOT SCHEDULED
When specifically directed by the client, we will perform an
emergency inspection of your residence. We will complete the
inspection report and forward a copy to you.

HOME MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES
HOME MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS
Elite Estate Management can provide general repairs for your
residence and other structures on your property. Possible repair
services include: carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and painting.
AUTO AND BOAT MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS
Elite Estate Management can provide maintenance and general
mechanical repairs for your boats, cars, and other equipment.
HURRICANE PREPAREDNESS
Elite Estate Management can remove your boats, cars, and
other equipment from the island and place in secured storage
until severe weather subsides.

LANDSCAPE OVERSIGHT
LANDSCAPE OVERSIGHT
Elite Estate Management will check on the quality, frequency,
and adequacy of the work done by your landscaping and lawn
maintenance companies, promptly reporting any problems we
observe.

ARRIVAL SERVICES
PREPARATION FOR YOUR ARRIVAL
Your residence will be prepared so that everything is perfect
for your arrival and there will be no surprises. We will:
- Set the HVAC units and verify that they are operating properly
- Verify that the domestic hot water is operating at set
temperature
- Check the electrical circuits to assure that all are operating
properly
- Turn on pool or hot tub heaters to desired operating levels.
- Check the television and phone systems.
OTHER SERVICES BY REQUEST
We can arrange other arrival services upon request including:
- Meet guests/clients at airport
- Order and pick up food and supplies
- Pick up laundry, etc.
- Pick up vehicles or other equipment
SPECIAL SERVICES
Arrival services are determined by clients and are not
limited to those listed. Please contact us if you require
special services.

GUEST GREETING SERVICES
PERFORM STANDARD ARRIVAL
SERVICES
Your residence will be prepared so that everything is perfect
for your guest's arrival and there will be no surprises. We
will:
- Verify the HVAC is set and operating at predetermined level.
- Verify the domestic hot water is operating at set temperature.
- Verify the electric circuits are all operating properly.
- Verify the hot tubs and/or pools are operating at set
standards.
GREET GUESTS
We will meet and greet your guests as they arrive and help
make they feel at home, including:
- Arrange transportation for guests from airport.
- Meet and greet guests upon their arrival at your home.
- Demonstrate the general workings of your home.
- Inform guests how to contact Elite Estate Management for
additional
services.
GUEST DEPARTURE SERVICES
At the time of your guest's departure, we will provide
services as required, including:
- Arrange transportation for guests to airport.
- Visit your home upon guests departure and complete
predetermined
departure services.

- Verify security systems are armed
- Verify all equipment is properly stored
- Inspect the general condition of the residence

At the time of your departure, we will provide the following
